All purchases from Silent Boss Moves are for digital download products. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered.

No Returns or Exchanges Because digital files cannot be "returned," we do not accept returns or offer exchanges on any digital products.

Damaged or Non-Delivered Files If you experience a technical issue with your download (e.g., corrupted file, link not working), contact us within 7 days of purchase at davidmurrayinc@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Unauthorized Charges If you believe you were charged in error, contact us immediately at davidmurrayinc@gmail.com. We review all claims and will issue a refund if the charge was made in error.
